Hey, my name is Merrick Dyson. I was born and raised in Lexington, NC. I'm very active in Lexington's BBQ culture and have smoked thousands of pounds of meat for The Barbecue Festival for 10 years straight! I'm an avid golfer and frequent both of Lexington's beautiful golf courses. Loving the outdoors, as I do, fishing and boating on High Rock Lake is where you will likely find me on my days off.
