I like calling the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina home. My home area includes the cities of High Point, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Kernersville, Archdale and Jamestown. There are numerous small towns that offer that laid back lifestyle in the counties of Guilford, Forsyth, Davidson and Randolph. I have lived in various locals throughout the triad and find they each have common traits with each other but also are different in their tax rates, shopping areas and school systems.

There are many real estate opportunities here in the single-family residential area as well as investment properties in both single family and multifamily dwellings. As a lifelong resident of the Triad, I understand the value of location.

After retiring as a Senior Vice president from a division of General Electric I was licensed as a real estate broker and have worked in all phases of residential properties including foreclosures.
