Katie Speer is an emerging real estate broker in the triad area. After recently purchasing her own home, she wanted to be able to create a similar stress-free experience for her own clients. As a former teacher and early education specialist, Katie understands the importance of working together to reach the common goal. She consults with clients to identify their specific needs and wants and implements those ideas to guide the buying and selling experience. When she's not helping her real estate clients you can find her trying new recipes in the kitchen, traveling with her significant other Dylan (and of course their dog Duncan), or tackling DIY projects around the house.
