Originally a native of South Carolina, Richard moved to High Point in 1992. He spent 30 years in industry sales and has selected real estate as a good alternative to transition to in retirement. Richard is looking forward to working with first time home buyers and navigating them through the process. Richard is married to an awesome wife named Erin and they have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren. In his free time Richard enjoys playing golf and hiking the Appalachian Trail with his wife.
