Born and raised in the Piedmont Triad, Josh was attracted to real estate because of his love for serving people and his love of real estate.  He brings strength to this profession from a successful career in industrial chemical and equipment sales where his key role was to develop new business and manage key accounts.  He is familiar with responding to multiple clients, negotiating contracts with Fortune 500 companies, and simply exceeding client’s expectations!  Josh credits his track record of success to being honest, trustworthy, and ambitious and plans to build his new career with the same characteristics.

When not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Vanessa and son Harrison.
