With over 25 years of experience in the residential construction industry, Tim has a unique perspective when working with buyers and sellers. He and his partner, Jennifer Hill, are ready to put their knowledge and experience to work for clients and help them realize their dreams of homeownership.
Tim grew up spending his summers on Badin Lake and now calls High Rock Lake home. He has three daughters and three grandchildren and enjoys spending time on the water with them, his other family, and friends.
