A native of Lexington, Don Swing joined our firm in 2013. With 30 years experience in commercial real estate, we can count on him to handle our commercial, industrial and business calls with expertise and wisdom. Don is a graduate of Catawba College, Carolina’s School of Banking (UNCCH), The Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University and The Realtors Institute, UNCCH.
Don was formerly a banker with Lexington State Bank, and was the owner and operator of Swing Commercial & Investments, Inc., and Donald C. Swing Realty, Inc., of Lexington. In 2012, he moved to the High Point area with his wife, Jane, to be nearer to children and grandchildren.
Don’s civic involvement includes Kiwanis Club, United Way, American Cancer Society, Industrial Management Club, and Chamber of Commerce. He has served as Past Board President of Lexington Board of Realtors.
